When it works, it's great. But, it allows it's User-approved special settings to be changed. Worse, without notifying the User. Suddenly, you're standing in the Cold Rain fumbling. This morning it wasn't working again w/o warning. After searching & searching, I finally zeroed in on Cause. The company had been Sold ... And without notice, some CLODnik had updated the App overnight with a new name and App button color! Some real Thinking went into that! #Unbelievable

This is a very disappointing app. Unfortunately, my apartment building makes this app the only way to get into certain doors. The app is running all the time and logs me out constantly, so I have to sign in again and again. Plus if your phone dies, not only can't you call anyone, you can't get into your building. This is a classic example of technology making life harder.

Extremely flaky, constantly having Bluetooth protocol issues, UI is clunky. But it is usually possible to get the thing working if you're willing to spend 2-3 minutes spelunking through menus and tapping on a specific device multiple times in the 50% of the time that auto discovery of the device fails.
